KS-Quadro
KS-QUADRO: PLAN AND BUILD IN 12.5 cm GRID.
KS-Quadro is available in lengths of 49.8 cm, 37.3 cm and 24.8 cm, and a height of 49.8 cm in various wall thicknesses.
KS-Quadro is primarily supplied in the apparant density class 2.0 and compressive strenght class 20.
The use of the KS-Quadro system is regulated by permits. The stipulations of DIN 1053-1 are applicable for the calculation of the masonry construction providing that no other particular stipulations exist in the permit. For the compressive strength class 20, the base value xx0 of the approved compressive strength is specified at 3.4 / 4.0 MN/m², depending on the permit.
The walls are to be built of single-wythe construction. The units must be laid overlapping with a minimum lap of 125 mm. Any necessary fitted pieces are to be made on-site with a saw.

The high apparent density and compressive strenght of KS-Quadro allow for slender, strong walls with a plane surface suitable for thin-layer plastering, thus saving costs.
KS-Quadro at a glance:
Construction projects are easily and quickly accomplished with the building set.
KS-Quadro are always available: Lead time for material planning is not necessary.
Flexibility on-site: modification of plans on short notice can be easily carried out.
Walls may be erected by just one person, subject to good site organisation and preparation. Reference working time:
0.25 h/m².
Construction is facilitated by installation tools.
