KS XL-Building elements (KS XL-PE)
Building sets
The KS XL-PE construction system provides a sound, comprehensive solution for easier, faster and more cost-effective construction. There is no dependence on specific grid sizes.
The KS XL-PE system is characterized by the delivery of complete building sets. KS XL-Building elements are produced in the standard dimensions of 998 mm x 498 mm or 623 mm. Wall thicknesses of d = 11.5 cm to 30 cm are available. Adjustment pieces and pieces for pitched rooves are cut to fit by the manufacturer.
The material price is determined on a project-specific basis by the KS industry for each wall thickness. The distance between the distribution facility and the construction site as well as the number of fitted pieces are decisive factors. The drawings by the architect provide the basis for the project-specific calculation.
Economic construction process
A well-managed building process is essential for the technical and economic success of construction projects. This requires appropriate preliminary planning. Such planning is carried out by the manufactuere in close cooperation with the builder. The installation plans include an general arrangement drawing as well as drawings of the various wall views providing the exact positions of the individual fitted pieces and pieces for pitched rooves for fast and easy application at the building site.
The wall construction plans are sent to the builder in advance for approval before the go-ahead for production.

High degree of quality.
The main advantage of the KS XL-PE building system is the cost savings. The total price for the completed wall has to be taken into consideration, not only the price per square meter of the structural brickwork of the wall. The plane wall surfaces allow for the use of cost-efficient thin-layer plastering, applied in a thickness of approximately 5 mm. In addition to the cost advantages, the application of thin-layer plastering increases the living area / useful interior space of the building.
Reduced labour costs.
Under proper building site organisation, working times of 0.3 - 0.5 hours per square meter of masonry may be calculated as orientation values, dependent on the degree of segmentation of the wall. This leads to a considerable reduction of labour costs on site.
